WHO WE ARE
Melin Mould Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, specializes in the design, development, manufacture and service of auto hardware mould and tools. It consists of three companies and two production bases.
Shenzhen Melin Auto Mould Co., Ltd., located in the southernmost part of China, is the window of outward connection for this group. Wuhan (South Central China) Melin Auto Mould Co., Ltd., located in Central China, has the gross investment of RMB 50 million, with the annual output of more than 300 auto hardware molds. This company purchased its own plants and dormitories that cover an area of 5,500㎡ in total. And there are 90 employees, 30 of whom are senior engineers and designers. Huizhou Melin Mould Co., Ltd., located in South China, has the gross investment of RMB 90 million, with the annual output of more than 450 auto hardware moulds. This company built its own plants that cover an area of 16,600㎡. And there are 130 employees, 45 of whom are senior engineers and designers

WHAT WE DO
Since the year of 2001,Melin focus on automotive metal stamping tool, from the initial development, designing, manufacturing, assembly, adjustment to final packing shipment.
Melin automotive parts are: automotive C column, bumper, brake system parts, door cover hinges and fittings, doorframe, exhaust tube, up/down beam part, oil-conveying pipe fastening part, sunroof part, trunk drip part, fuel tank bracket, seat part and other automotive metal parts.
Material grade from 350mpa, 450mpa to 600mpa steel. And high strength tensile from 800mpa, 1000mpa to 1200mpa.
Aluminum material grade from 5 series, 6 series high to 7 series.
Material thickness from 0.4mm to 6.0mm.
Automotive tool, max. progressive is 1200ton and TRF 3000ton
